Summer Program
Just because it's summer and school is out of session doesn't mean that you and your child shouldn't be thinking about academics. Summer is the perfect time for students to catch-up on difficult lessons from the previous year and get a headstart on next year's curriculum.
Call The Learning Advantage about getting your student the support they need over the summer and building a program that is just right for them.
How do I enroll my child for summer?
- Call us and ask to speak with our director, Judy Carter.
- Tell her what concerns you have about your child's progress in school.
- She will give you an overview of The Learning Advantage and how we operate.
- Judy will invite you out for a visitation to discuss your child's needs and to see if we are a good "fit" for your child.
- After your visitation, Judy will give you and your family a tour of The Learning Advantage. If we are the right choice for your child, you set up a time for a diagnostic assessment.
- Your child will be tested for about an hour.
- Judy will meet with you immediately after administering the test to talk with you and determine what your priorities are in the learning program she will create for your child.
- Judy will create an individualized prescriptive program, designed exclusively around your child's needs. This learning program will take your child from where she or he is, to where you want your child to be.
- You decide the day or days, (Monday through Thursday) and time or times, (3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) you want your child to attend weekly.
- You bring your child in at the appointed time and day, and your child takes the first step on a carefully mapped road to academic success!
