How The Homework Program Works

The Learning Advantage homework program is designed to meet your child's individual academic needs. In addition to academic assistance, we:

• Encourage academic confidence.
• Motivate your child to participate actively in his or her education
• Teach learning strategies

Enrollment Procedure

If you feel that your child can benefit from tutoring, we invite you to contact the S.C.V Learning Advantage. The director will schedule an appointment for an initial conference.

The conference requires approximately 30 minutes. During the conference we will identify your child's specific academic needs. Then, with information provided by your child's teacher, and any necessary testing by us, we will design an individualized tutorial program to assess your child.
